Booking and Cancellation Policy

At the current moment to reduce footfall through the clinic we are offering video and telephone consultations for new clients as an option. It is the aim of Javaani Aesthetic Clinic to provide quality care to our patients on schedule and to use clinical time effectively. To achieve this aim, we have an appointment deposit and cancellation policy. Patients are required to make a deposit when booking treatments and appointments with our Doctors and Therapists. This will be put towards your treatment cost and would be redeemable against treatment cost within 2 months period  All fees are paid on the booking of consultations.

£50.00 consultation fee with Dr. Ahmad

£30 consultation with the practitioners

We operate online secure platform called FRESHA https://www.fresha.com/a/javaani-hazlemere-hazlemere-11a-penn-road-1f5de4rr to book, re-schedule and cancel appointments at client’s convenience.

Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance

There will be 10% fee to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time and 30% no show fee applicable if appointment is not attended.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable due to illness or emergencies and we will take account of all valid circumstances.
